Requirements:
MSc or BsC in (Chemical-) Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
Having highly proactive attitude with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Highly independent and possess excellent leadership capabilities that rally teams output
Able to work with diverse team
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
Good proficiency of English, both spoken and written
Minimum 10 years working experience in chemical or oil and gas industry
Experience in production is required

The signing of the shareholders agreement in August 1997 with an initial investment of RM3.4 Billion brought together a vast amount of experience, innovation, cutting edge technology and an abundance of strategically located high quality resources.
